The wine opens with a good white creamy mousse and very fine and persistent bead. Pale gold coloured base wine. Lifted aromas of apple, grapefruit and citrus with just a hint of toast as an end note. The palate displays refreshing bur relatively simple flavours of grapefruit, citrus and light toast with a clean crisp finish. Aftertaste of citrus, light toast and grapefruit. A straightforward fruit driven blend.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
