Fratelli Saraceni S Perle Spumante Rosso Merlot

With a vibrant purple colour, Perlè is an Italian Sparkling Merlot with notes of blackberry, chocolate, cherry and sweet fruit with a clean and refreshing acidity. It opens up on the palate into a powerfully fruity and dry but apparently sweet taste with a touch of tannin on the finish.
Serving Suggestion: As aperitif or excellent with fish dishes, light starters, traditional Italian hams and cured meats, dishes made with balsamic vinegar and tuna steak.
Serve chilled.
