Apricot brandy, peach brandy etc. are all names for sweet liqueurs made from their respective fruits but often made in different ways. Fruit Liqueurs are not made like brandies, however they may have an amount of brandy spirit added to them. (Strictly speaking, the word ‘brandy’ in relation to these products is a misnomer.)
