Gamet Rive Gauche Champagne

A blend of 55% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. An exuberant mousse subsides to reveal a straw coloured base with flecks of rose gold around the edges. Exceptionally fine bead. Lifted pear and strawberry aromas combine with yeast lees, baked bread and faint cashew. Well meshed flavours of pear, red apple and yeast lees combine with traces of toast and cashew. Energetic feel finishing dry and crisp with a lingering yeast lees and roasted almond element.
