The Yuzu fruit is a cross between a mandarin, a grapefruit and a lemon with a very oily and aromatic skin. Its roots are in Japan where it's almost the national fruit. In this liqueur version from Massenez expect sweet citrus overtones and a creamy mouthfeel. 25% Alc./Vol.
