Tasting note: A vaguely cheesy note through the fruity openings, but blows off, emphasising aromas of ripe pineapple. Excellent freshness and definition. Concentrated flavours of pineapple pudding / baked pineapple are followed by a juicy, ripe, lingering finish. Delicious. 20% Alc./Vol.
