Giffard Violet Syrup (1000ml)

Dark violet in colour with a floral bouquet hinting at lavender and rose, this distinctive syrup is made via a traditional maceration using whole violet flowers and leaves. Add a dash to still or sparkling water, or try it in your favourite mixed drinks and cocktails. Also a classic pair for gin. No preservatives added.
