Grant Burge Sparkling Shiraz Cabernet

Deep crimson colour mousse – but relatively short lived followed by fine bead with short persistence. The base wine is deep brick red colour with tawny edges showing development. Aroma of plum and cedar followed by old leather. Flavours of old leather, stewed fruit and toast. Aftertaste of old leather and earth. Soft acid finish.
