This product is Limeburner’s Single Malt Whisky blended with local Karri honey, unique to Western Australia.

Tasting note: Pale gold colour with pale straw hue. Limeburner’s trademark style is evident as the top note here, hovering over heavier scents of stewed apple, honey, clove and ginger biscuit. The soft, silky entry leads into a light to medium bodied palate offering flavours of honey, toast and spice. Pleasant spirit warmth. Good concentration. Persistent aftertaste of honeycomb, vanilla, clove and ginger. 30% Alc./Vol.
