Hayman's Family Reserve Gin (700ml)

A new Hayman's that references the Gin Palaces of the past where gin would be sold straight from oak casks. To recreate the experience, this is rested in ex-Scotch whisky casks for three weeks before bottling.

Tasting note: Pine, juniper and blackpepper feature followed by gentler notes of coriander, lemon pith and delicate cardamom. Quite concentrated with a piney/juniper, peppery off-dry attack and a creamy, lingering, dryish citrus peel and juniper finish. A robust and classically styled London dry. 41.3% Alc./Vol.
