A limited edition 25 Year Old, crafted from less than twently casks including sherry seasoned European oak casks, combined with first-fill Bourbon casks and refill casks, all hand-selected by the Highland Park master whisky maker Gordon Motion. Expect soft dried fruits, buttery fudge and gingerbread aromas and flavours with a very light touch of smokey char in support. The finish offers delicate peat smoke with a touch of coastal saltiness. Comes beautifully packaged with an etched oak top that seals the presentation box. 46% Alc./Vol.
