Hua Diao 8 Year Old Rice Wine

Deep brown colour with deep olive green hue, showing its age. Aroma of soy sauce, amontillado sherry, bovox and spice. The palate has a range of unusual flavours dominated by an amontillado like characteristic over almonds and salt. Clean finish with an aftertaste of salted almond.
