Imbue Distillery Cut the Tux Pinot Noir Brandy (700ml)

Along with St.Agnes' Bartender's Cut, this high strength brandy makes a welcome addition to the category. Matured in Nillumbik Yarra Valley x-Pinot Noir barrels and bottled undiluted, it’s unashamedly big and bold but also beautifully balanced with rich dried fruit and Christmas fruit mince pie flavours backed up by a vivacious, warming finish. Sip and savour it neat or if you prefer something a little lighter (but still full of festive character) spritz up the classic "Sidecar" with some citrus tonic/soda for an arvo in the sun. 54% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producers... Nose: Worn leather, pepper, caremelised fruits. Palate: Green apple, dried vine fruit, salted lquorice. Finish: Medium with soft tannins.
