Imperia Crystal Quartz Filtered Russian Vodka (700ml)

One of a series of three new Russian Vodkas to enter the Australian market. This Vodka is bottled at 40.0% Alc./Vol. which offers much purer expression of the source ingredients than the 37.0% alternatives. This bottling was filtered using crystal quartz.

Tasting Notes: Water like appearance. The most lifted nose of the trio, though terribly underwhelming for a product of it's price. Notes of vanilla, marshmallow, citrus dawdle from the glass. The palate achieves a level of sweetness normally found only in liqueurs; Cloying, with flavours of liquidised mixed lollies. Clean finish, with an almost credible peppery aftertaste. Much like the crystals employed by the filtration method, this Vodka is semi precious. 40.0% Alc./Vol.
