Also hints of pickle, green olive, white pepper, unripe pineapple(?) – later raisins and prunes. Follows through in a light to medium-bodied, silky, vivacious rum with a grassy / fruity, white pepper-accented delivery. Packed with Caribbean personality, you could mistake this for quality Clairin. 40% Alc./Vol.
