Kangaroo Island Spirits Old Tom Gin (700ml)

The Gin innovations continue at Kangaroo Island. 'Old Tom' is a traditional, sweetened variant on the classic London Dry. In this case, KIS's standard Gin has been adjusted with locally grown Lemon and Aniseed myrtle then slightly sweetened before ageing in a small reconditioned french oak barrel.

Tasting note: The bright gold colour is perfectly clear. An engaging gin bouquet - super fresh with pepper, lemon-verbena, parsley stalk, green pine and subtle fennel / anise like scents. A full flavoured, spicy style featuring juniper, citrus sorbet, cough lozenge, peppermint and a vibrant, warming finish. Recommended neat or garnished with burnt cinnamon. 42.5% Alc./Vol.
