A very special Taiwanese single malt believed to have been distilled in 2010. Matured for years in an Amontillado Sherry Cask and bottled in 2016 at a natural cask strength of 56.3%, non chill filtered and with no added colour, the outturn was just 390 bottles globally. Presented in a 950ml crystal decanter, packed in a luxury wooden box including a matching glass and stopper, it's a stunning edition from the inside out. One only.

Other reviews... The nose is rich with chocolate biscuits, elegant imported vanilla, old earthy wood and fruit tree blossoms. Lilacs and Plasticine clay float in the background. The whisky arches in the mouth with a dry spiciness that achieves balance with contrasting caramel sweetness. The finish sizzles with black cherry and spice. 93 points - distiller.com
