Kilikanoon Brut Vouvray Methode Traditionelle

Made from Chenin Blanc grapes Kilikanoon produce this sparkling Vouvray from 80 year old vines in partnership with one of Vouvray’s top houses. Matured for 18 months on yeast lees. Exuberant foamy mousse with a pale straw coloured base that has a steady stream of tiny bubbles flowing through it. Nosing offers up aromas of pear, baked apple and quince followed by some cinnamon and toasted honey like notes. Refreshing pear and red apple fruits are featured across the palate over a subtle back drop of quince and sherbet. Finishes dry and crisp with a delicate yeast lees character lingering on the aftertaste.
