La Gioiosa et Amorosa Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

A heady white mousse shows good hold over a very pale straw green tinged base wine with a very fine bead showing good persistence. Lifted pear and green to red apple aromas intermix with citrusy sherbet like notes and a faint whiff of baked fruits. Delicious red apple and ripe pear flavours fill the mouth underscored by traces of dried honey and citrus. Satiny feel finishing dry and crisp with a medium length aftertaste.
