Le Coeur de Jade Eau-de Vie de Vin (700ml)

Coeur de Jade (Heart of Jade) is the bespoke Eau-de Vie prepared for use in all the absinthes and liqueurs distilled at France’s prestigious Combier Distillery, including Esprit Edouard, Jade 1901 and Perique tobacco liqueur - amongst others.

Made according to traditional 19th century methods and distilled from wine, this "base spirit" is now available after many requests from fans of Ted A. Breaux’s creations, in particular, by those fortunate enough to visit the distillery and sample the very same eau de vie. It took several years to develop the 'heart', which is distilled in accordance authentic historical procedures, avoiding modern column stills which tend to strip out desirable fruity fragrances.
