Ling Bo Vineyard Rice Wine

This is a drink that requires the appropriate food to accompany. The flavour profile is very unusual to the Western palate, none the less a very interesting experience. Onion brown with olive green hue. The wine is aromatic and has a very strong note of soy sauce, vegemite and gravy. On the palate, the aldehyde characteristics are very pronounced over a back palate of bovox and soy sauce – there is some similarity to an amontillado sherry, but much more salty in taste. Clean acidity on the finish.
