Tasting note: The pure, pale straw gold colour shows some viscosity. Opening pass detects rich aromas of mustard, thyme infused honey, roasted nuts, caramel chocolate, sweet pipe tobacco, vanilla and more. A silky, creamy entry is followed by semi sweet caramel, vanilla cocoa and hints of toffee apple in the pleasantly peppery, drying finish. Wonderful balance with the spices carrying the vanilla and sweet tobacco aftertaste with hints of salt and tomato vine in the fade. Concludes with remarkable staying power. Lively and complex anejo. 40% Alc./Vol.
