A fine lacy mousse dissipates leaving behind a very pale straw coloured base that’s finely threaded by a steady stream of bubbles. Pear and baked apple aromas intermingle with citrus and subtle bready notes. Racy pear, apple and citrus fruits drive the refreshing palate with some light sherbet characters lying underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with a scrumptious aftertaste.
