Macchu Pisco (700ml)

Made from 'non-aromatic' Quebranta grapes using a copper pot still. Recommended as the perfect base for a Pisco Sour.

Tasting note: Clear. Musty aromas include notes of raisin bread and candlewax. Light and soft in the mouth with a medium dry, juicy grapey, waxy profile and a delicate pepper, raisin bread fade. Endlessly mixable. 40% Alc./Vol.
