Maidenii Classic Unfiltered Vermouth (1500ml)

A new limited edition large format Maidenii - this time bottled without filtration for extra flavour. Along with Maidenii’s heroes strawberry gum, sea parsley, river mint and wattleseed, this also includes orange zest, bay leaf & gentian root.

Tasting note: Pale crimson pink. Opening scents detect balsamic vinegar; brief air contact reveals cranberry, semi-oxidised rose wine, pink grapefruit and applemint. Super clean and fresh with flavours of pink grapefruit and a burst of mint to finish. Fades with delicate bitterness and lingering grapefruit. Complex and surprisingly long. 19% Alc./Vol.
