Maison de Grand Esprit Les Petites Vignettes Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut

A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Good white creamy mousse that dissipates relatively quickly. Pale straw base colour with very fine persistent bead. Delicate aromas of baked bread, brioche and yeast lees. The palate is clean and dry with flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew. Creamy texture with aftertaste of biscuit and cashew followed by a hint of toast.
