Distilled from the house's own organically grown grapes and matured in a combination of new and used French oak casks.

Tasting note: Very fruity on the nose with accents of ripe peach, apricot, cinnamon and vanilla. Medium bodied fruity mid palate flavours are rounded off by cigar box, pepper and trace vanilla through a brisk, drying aftertaste. Easy drinking with a light, breezy feel. 40% Alc./Vol.
