Michelini Sparkling Merlot

Creamy mousse showing good hold. Very fine persistent bead with dark crimson brick red coloured base wine. Subtle aromas of stewed plum and mulberry followed by some earthy characters. Palate flavours of ripe plum and liquorice with a touch of earthiness emerging on the back palate. Creamy texture. Aftertaste of ripe plum and earth.
