Co-Founders, Nic Hancock and Nicola Thompson-Hancock are offering a new premium vodka inspired by Australia’s pristine waters, blending coastal minerality with a smooth, creamy finish. Australian-owned, with marketing aimed at female drinkers, unlike most vodkas that are crafted from grain, potatoes or corn, Mother of Pearl employs Pinot Gris grapes from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula and South Australia’s Limestone Coast. Fruit is picked late off the vine and distilled through a multi-level process with a unique filtration method that creates less heat on the palate.
