Tasting note: [Batch 007 tasted] Excellent vibrancy with the aroma evocative of crushed pine needles, white pepper, warming coriander and delicate anise / lemon thyme. Leaner, drier and more peppery than the Freak, but equally impressive in overall impact and (arguably) truer to a contemporary London Dry, finishing with an intense coriander seed and pepper burst. The juniper feels like it’s on the greener side with pine-like freshness through the aftertaste. Solid length. Exceptional. 52% Alc./Vol.
