Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Exclusive Brut Champagne

A satiny mousse slowly subsides to reveal a pale straw to straw coloured base that has gold tinged edges. Flowing through its core is a fine persistent bead. Rich aromatics of baked bread, yeast lees, dried honey, pear, almond and oily toast like notes engulf the nostrils. Full, rich and expansive the palate is layered with baked bread, yeast lees and pear flavours which are intermeshed with honeyed cashew and oily toast like elements. Creamy textured it finishes dry and crisp with a long enveloping conclusion.
