Ninth Island Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir Pinot Meunier
A very impressive Sparkling wine. Excellent creamy mousse, with medium size bead, but very persistent. Deep straw colour base. Aroma of biscuit, yeast lees, pear and cashew, showing good yeast autolysis character. Creamy palate texture, with good flavours of yeast lees and biscuit, followed by a touch of vegemite. Excellent balanced acid levels.

This Tasmanian sparkler displays good mousse with moderately persistent bead. Bright pale straw colour. The nose is quite delicate with notes of yeast lees, cashew and just a hint of grapefruit. The palate is creamy, with a hint of grapefruit, biscuit and lees. Moderate palate length with aftertaste of biscuit.
