Nonino's latest release is copper steam distilled and aged for over 18 months in barriques and small casks, then rested in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling. Serve this golden grappa at room temperature in a large glass. Perfect paired with cheese, foie gras, dark chocolate or chocolate based sweets. 41% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producers... Amber color, with golden hints and clear. The nose has a wonderful balance between the sweetness of ripe fruit and the tasty contributions of the wood of the barriques with scents of vanilla. On the palate it is enveloping, velvety, slightly peppery with scents of eucalyptus, tea, cinnamon and a finish of licorice and cacao.
