Organic Hill Preservative Free Sparkling Brut

Certified Organic. Pours with a frothy white mousse that holds well over a pale straw coloured base that has a fine bead flowing through it. Pronounced ripe pear, baked bread and yeast lees scents mix with some subtle honeyed apple like notes. Rich, mouthfilling flavours of ripe pear, baked apple and yeast lees overlay a hazelnut like back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with a generously textured nutty lees aftertaste.
