Parker's Heritage Collection Single Barrel 11 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey (750ml) - Eleventh Release

Typically produced from a mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye, these annual Parker’s Heritage Collection (PHC) releases have become sought after by collectors, especially in the USA where demand has escalated prices. Add to that the fact that age statements in Bourbon are almost a thing of the past. This is the 11th edition - an 11 year old whiskey released in single barrel form and designed to showcase what Parker Beam felt was one of his greatest achievements – the introduction of Heaven Hill’s single barrel Bourbons. Aged in Parker’s favourite rickhouse location in Deatsville, Kentucky, we have very limited stocks just landed.

Other reviews... A wonderful beginning of floral, fruit, leather, and oak notes; the start to a truly sensational whiskey. Its round caramel meets florals, stone fruit, honeysuckle, and dried apricot, with hints of dark chocolate, pear, and raw almonds not far behind.
