Paul John Edited Single Malt Indian Whisky (700ml)

Edited is the medium peated version of Paul John. Polished copper. Rock candy, brittle malt with later hints of peppermint contributing freshness. Later toffee apple? Supple and well rounded in the mouth; nicely balanced with an almost fleshy texture with flavours of dried fruits and plush malt underscored by gentle spices. Good length. 46% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews...... The whisky is once more intense and fruity but this time it plays off against a more herbal green apple note, smoke from the hearth, and a touch of spice. There’s also cinnamon—which is fast becoming a house style. Encouraging stuff.
