Originally created from three ex-bourbon single casks and rejuvenated casks selected by the late Jim Swan, it was so well received, subsequent bottlings followed. 'Rich Oak' now forms part of the distillery's 'Gold Range'.

Chocolate, rich berry fruit, honeydew, green grape, oat cookies, dark toffee, and oak spices on the nose. Flavors of chocolate flakes, Oreo, cinnamon, malt, and hazelnut, with a concentration of spices on the tip of the tongue, before a flavorsome finish of Hershey bars.
