Showing ample hold is a frothy mousse which sits over a salmon pink coloured base that’s threaded by a very profuse and fine bead. Delicate peach and winter strawberry scents intermix with yeast lees, subtle raspberry and light toast. Mouthfilling flavours of winter strawberries and raspberries are underpinned by racy acidity with yeast lees characters, brioche and subtle toast forming on the back palate. Dry, slightly chalky finish with a faintly creamed, vibrant mouthfeel. Aftertaste of winter strawberry, yeast lees, fresh raspberries and hints of toast.
