Pietro Gallo Estate Grappa di Prosecco (500ml)

Pietro Gallo estate is nestled in the rolling hills of Warrandyte, Victoria. Their grappa is produced in a large purpose built Italian-made still. Fermented grape skins from the King Valley are lightly pressed to preserve the delicate flavours. A range of wines and liqueurs are also on offer.

Tasting note: Clear. Lifted yeasty, bready aromas combine with developing beeswax and lanolin. 2-3 minutes air contact accents a fruity aspect as prune, raisin and dried apricot. Warming, medium bodied, fruity and floral delivery evoking dried apple and prune through the aftertaste. A lively, fresh and spicy grappa. 42% Alc./Vol.
