Pink Pigeon Mauritian Spiced Rum (700ml)

A spiced rum made with natural Bourbon vanilla grown in the rain forests of Madagascar. The beans are matured in wooden cases for around twelve months before infusing in the rum for six months. Orchid leaves add a floral dimension while sun dried orange peel gives zest and freshness.

Clearly defined aromas of vanilla cola, orange zest and chocolate cherry and a satiny, broad, sweet delivery with flavours of creamy soda, vanilla custard, pistachio ice cream, caramelised pineapple and a warming cinnamon flourish.
