Pizzolato Prosecco Brut

A fruity Prosecco with zingy acidity.

A nicely formed mousse sits atop a pale straw coloured base that has a fine bead coursing through it. Elevated pear and ripe apple scents jump out of the glass with hints of honeysuckle, quince and sherbet also evident. Zingy acidity underpins delicious pear, apple and quince flavours with traces of honeysuckle and orange blossom infusions lingering in the background. The dry chalk tinged finish showing a fruity side.
