After a full maturation in a first-fill bourbon barrel, Pokeno have re-racked this edition into a virgin oak cask, built to specification using 36 month air-dried American oak. A light toast and char has enhanced the distillery's classic citrus and vanilla notes, adding hints of shortbread, toasted caramel and cocoa. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
