First there was their delicious Fig Gin, then a Fig Aperitif. Now the team are offering a Fig Amaro. The figs are poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma and earthiness of the fruit. 21% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the producers... Fig leaf and bright orange on the nose lead to jammy confit fig and a touch of gentian on the palate. A moreish, ultra lengthy finish flush with dry spice and seriously surprising bitterness.
