Tasting note: Crystal clear. Cheese rind in the opening pass blows off to reveal sweeter scents of green tomato chutney and par-boiled zuchinni becoming more potpouri-like after aeration. Unassuming at first, building with decent concentration; shows only moderate flavours of agave and pickle mingling with underlying hints of choc-chip cookie and dilute vanilla towards the finish. Isn't salvaged in the final stages as this concludes a tad flat and short. 40% Alc./Vol.
