Rabbit Hole Distilling was founded in 2012 by clinical psychologist turned distillery owner Kave Zamamian. With the help of Cameron Talley formerly of Brown-Forman and Wild Turkey, Rabbit Hole Distilling started by both contract distilling their standard bourbon and rye, and sourcing bourbon for their PX Sherry Cask finished product. Unlike sourcing bourbon, contract distilling is the act of hiring another distillery to distill bourbon to your agreed upon specifications.
