Redbank Elevage Prosecco

Pours with a fluffy mousse which fades to reveal a pale straw coloured base that has a fine and persistent bead flowing through it. Lifted pear and red apple scents fill the nostrils followed by some quince and sherbet like notes. Refreshing pear and green apple fruits are dispersed across the palate with some citrus and quince elements also evident. Crisp acidity with a dry mouth watering finish.
