The mousse is relatively short lived and the fine bead lacks persistence. Straw coloured base wine, with little nose. Light notes of yeast lees and biscuit. The palate is fuller than the nose suggests with creamy texture, followed by some yeast lees and nut flavours. Clean finish. Light aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit. A Commercial style.
