Rob Dolan Black Label Blanc de Blanc

Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from select vineyards in the Yea Valley and Gruyere, the fruit is chilled and pressed to tank, where it is fermented and matured on lees for 15 months. The wine is carbonated via the Charmat method in tank prior to bottling to maximise its freshness and immediate enjoyment.
