Allowing time for the the rye to sit, fresh waffle cones from the ice cream shop combine with nutmeg and caramel sauce to complete the exquisite nosing experience. Though featuring a solid age statement, oak is far from dominant as fruit clearly leads the way. Despite a year less in age, the 2023 release was slightly more oak-forward than its 2024 counterpart.
