A release to celebrate World Gin Day, made using Shiraz grapes grown on the property. Enjoy as is or in a G & T.

Tasting note: Opaque satin purple-crimson with translucent edges. Shiraz primary fruit on the nose with developing pepper – almost a mulled wine-like sniff, only with a fresh herbal / juniper lift. Drier styled, with emerging tart red berry flavours, ending mildly tannic / musty. Pepper and juniper freshness as the spirit base shines through. 38% Alc./Vol.
